It's the day before Halloween, and we still have a couple more recipes to share! Today's pumpkin recipe comes from Cape May Café at Disney's Beach Club Resort. These pumpkin cheesecake bars have a graham cracker crust and can be a yummy dessert to end your meal with (or to start your meal, because why not have dessert first when it's this tasty?).
