#DisneyFamila: Caribbean and Mexican Flavors for La Familia to Enjoy at Walt Disney World Resort!

Savory dishes are in order at the 23rd Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, providing a mix of spices and sweetness that will wake up all of your taste buds.

New this year is La Isla Fresca Outdoor Kitchen where you can enjoy a Jerk-spice Grouper or Chicken with Mango Salsa, Chayote and Green Papaya Slaw with Lime-Cilantro Vinaigrette, as well as a Jamaican-braised Beef with Pigeon Pea Rice and Micro Cilantro. And for dessert a Tres Leches with Guava Purée. You can also sip on a Frozen Simply Tropical™ Juice Drink with Cruzan Mango Rum or a Red Stripe Jamaican Style Lager.

And at the Jardin de Fiestas, you will find three great Mexican dishes that will delight the familia. You can start by having Tacos de Camarón: Tempura Shrimp served with Hibiscus Flower, Caramelized Onions and Habanero Sauce, followed by a Corn Tortilla Quesadilla served with Roasted Mushrooms and Zucchini Blossom topped with Green Tomatillo Sauce, and finish with the postre, a Flan de Rosas served with Hibiscus Reduction. Complement the dishes with the Rose Margarita, the Elderflower Watermelon Sangria, or a cold Tecate Light Beer.
