Ink & Paint Program Debuts at the Disneyland Resort

It’s the moment we have all been waiting for, Disney fans. The ever-popular and treasured Ink & Paint Cel program at the Walt Disney World Resort has made its way here to the Disneyland Resort. While we have had a release at Disneyland Resort from time to time, I’m excited to announce that this will become a staple of the new Disneyana shop on Main Street, U.S.A. You can also expect to see additional offerings from this new collection.

'Right on Time' Hand-Painted Main Street Train Station-Inspired Cel Featuring Conductor Mickey, Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck and Goofy Debuting July 20 at Disneyland Park

Some of you had previously inquired about the artists who were once a part of the Artisan Watch program. Well, I’m very happy to say that for the past year they have been hard at work training day in and day out to master the technique of ink & paint.

Debuting for the first time on July 20 is a Main Street Train Station inspired cel featuring some of Disney’s most beloved characters. An exquisitely hand-painted Conductor Mickey (who is doing his best to keep the trains on track) will be accompanied by Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck and Goofy. Right on Time will be available in a variety of formats including: unframed, framed and framed with signed postcard.

For those of you planning to visit the Disneyland Resort on July 20, several of the Ink & Paint artists associated with this piece will be on hand for a special appearance and signing at the Disneyana Shop in Disneyland park from 9–11 a.m. These artists include: Eric Scales, Dave Smith, Charles Landholm, Todd Wiesenhutter and June Valentine Ruppe.

If you are unable to attend, don’t worry, a special online purchase opportunity is available now, while supplies last. Find out more here.

I hope you can join us in welcoming back our talented team of artists and celebrate the official release of this exciting new program. Find out more on ArtofDisneyParks.com.
