Halloween Fun at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa

It's that time of year as Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa gears up for Halloween in Hawai'i with pumpkins and palm trees and spooks and spas, the happy haunts of Halloween are making their way to the resort again this October.

Along with your favorite Disney Characters, Aulani Resort Guests may enjoy not-so-frightful fun for the whole family, on select dates throughout the month of October, with a variety of festivities including a de-fright-ful Halloween Aloha-Style Dance Party, for adults and keiki alike! Just dress up and head to the Hālāwai Lawn for creepy crafts, goulish games, frightening face painting and, of course, dancing with your Disney friends! Or enjoy a family-friendly Halloween film under the stars on the Hālāwai Lawn with 'Ohana Disney Halloween Movie Nights.

The festivities continue closer to the actual spook-tacular holiday with Keiki Pumpkin Decorating where the little ones can pick their own mini pumpkins from the Pau Hana Pumpkin Patch and enjoy no-carve decorating. And what would Halloween be without Aulani Resort Trick-or-Treating? Guests and Disney Vacation Club Members staying at Aulani Resort for the night can grab a "treasure" map at the Hālāwai Lawn and trick-or-treat at locations throughout the Resort to scare up some goodies on Oct. 31!

Premium Halloween experiences are also offered at Aulani Resort, and require an additional charge. You can choose to enter the 'Ohana Disney Pumpkin Carving Contest where your creatively carved pumpkin will be on display in the Pau Hana room for Guests to view and vote for their favorite pumpkin, with prizes awarded to the winners during the Halloween Dance Party on Oct. 31! But if you're craving something a little sweeter, then you'll want to experience an interactive demonstration with one of our Aulani Chefs with Halloween Cookie Decorating where you'll learn some holiday decorating tips and tricks, and then you get to eat your yummy creations!

And don't forget to check the Daily 'Iwa for a full schedule and all of the details you'll need to have a Hauʻoli Lā Heleuī! That's Happy Halloween – Hawaiian style!
