Brian Ford is a Project Manager for Digital Guest Experience at the Disneyland Resort, coordinating digital product rollouts like the recently introduced Mobile Order, available on the Disneyland app. Brian began his Disney career 23 years ago as an hourly food and beverage cast member in Fantasyland.
