Orlando Magic Players Kick Off Summer at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park

After wrapping up the NBA regular season, a handful of Orlando Magic players recently enjoyed a refreshing day at one of the coolest spots at Walt Disney World ResortDisney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. Magic players D.J. Augustin, Shelvin Mack and Terrence Ross visited this ski resort-themed water park with their families, and got their summer off to a splashing start.

Let's take a look!

As you can see, there's fun for all ages at Blizzard Beach. The guys and their little ones enjoyed Tike's Peak, an area designed for kids aged 2-5 with miniature slides and a snow-castle fountain play area. D.J. and Shelvin also raced down the Downhill Double Dipper, while Terrence and his family splashed around Melt-Away Bay, the one-acre wave pool at the base of Mt. Gushmore.

They even rose to the challenge and experienced Summit Plummet, which sends you free falling from 120 feet high at 55 mph. The Magic players were brave enough to take the plunge – are you?

"Blizzard Beach is amazing," Terrence said after their day at the park. "There's a lot to do and all the attractions were amazing… the wave pool had my little man tuckered out. We had a good time."

And exclusively for this summer, channel your inner hero with Incredible Family Fun at Blizzard Beach, inspired by Disney•Pixar's "Incredibles 2" animated film that opens in theaters on June 15. From May 25 through July 4, this limited-time experience features a DJ Dance Party (on select dates), scavenger hunts, duck races, obstacle courses and "Incredibles"-themed giveaways. These activities will be offered throughout the day in what will be a "super" fun time!

While you're planning your getaway to the vacation kingdom this summer, a day at Blizzard Beach is the perfect way to cool off between visits to the four theme parks.
