#DisneyKids: Little Ones Splash into Fun at Miss Adventure Falls

If you are looking for a place to cool off this summer, make sure Disney's Typhoon Lagoon tops your list. There are tons of ways to beat the heat here, but the newly opened Miss Adventure Falls is a must for families with little ones.

This sopping raft ride is based on the story of Captain Mary Oceaneer, a treasure-hunting heroine who got stranded at Typhoon Lagoon many moons ago by a turbulent storm. A nifty treasure raft carries up to four guests through dark tunnels, soaking waterfalls and gentle twists and turns. Wrecked ships, ruins and artifacts the Captain gathered on her sailing adventures are displayed along the way.

The two-minute journey is just the right speed for youngsters — and there's is no height requirement or stairs. A conveyor belt magically transports you to the top of the slide. Super cool! So if your kids love to get wet, like the waterlogged kids in this video did, check out the splashtacular fun at Typhoon Lagoon this summer.
