Three Must-Do’s For Tweens at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park

It's spring break time, which means more time for new adventures, fun in the sun and being one step closer to summer vacation. And if there are adventurous tweens in your family, then you will want to add a stop at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon to your spring break must-do list.

With so much to explore at Typhoon Lagoon, there's a lot of ways for everyone in the family to enjoy this tropical paradise—from snorkeling, to the wave pool, to grabbing a bite to eat. For tweens, there are three attractions perfect for them to experience on their own or with the rest of the fam:

  1. Crush 'n' Gusher. This wild, roller-coaster-like raft ride is perfect for thrill-seekers and tweens can ride with friends or go solo.

  1. Castaway Creek. Tweens can grab an inner tube and chill out on this 2,000-foot-long lazy river that winds around the park.

  1. Humunga Kowabunga. Big kids can take a big plunge on this speed slide that zooms downhill in the dark, dropping five stories!
