Another Christmas Parade lit up Magic Kingdom Park with holiday cheer in December 1977.
In this Christmas parade, Chip and Dale baked holiday treats on a traveling kitchen float, while surrounded by dancing gingerbread men. Some Disney characters, including Mary Poppins and Bert from “Mary Poppins” and Dumbo, traveled atop large drums decorated for the holidays. Goofy played elf by working in a Santa’s workshop float, building toys. A larger-than-life gingerbread house also traveled down the parade path.
